DeWitt, NY According to Syracuse Realty Group, the firm secured three leases totaling 14,660 s/f.

5793 Widewaters Parkway - DeWitt, NY

Orazio Crisalli and Michael Arcuri of Syracuse Realty Group represented the Alex Joseph Associates Inc.  group of companies in leasing 10,860 s/f of class A office space at 5793 Widewaters Pwy. for a seven-year term.  Alex Joseph Associates is a 3rd generation, 50 year old, locally-owned company. The landlord, 5793 Widewaters Parkway, LLC, was represented by Jeff Foster of Summit Commercial Real Estate Group.

Crisalli and Arcuri represented the landlord, Group One Development, LLC, and the tenant, Controltec, Inc. in a 2,700 s/f of office space lease at 6257 State Rte. 31 in Cicero.  

Crisalli and Arcuri represented the tenant, Gravante & Gravante PC, leasing 1,100 s/f of office space located at 6493 Ridings Rd. in Syracuse. The landlord, Circlewood Park, LLC, was represented by Ed Rogers of JF Real Estate.
