The landlord, 5793 Widewaters Parkway, LLC, was represented by Jeff Foster of Summit Commercial Real Estate Group.

Crisalli and Arcuri represented the landlord, Group One Development, LLC, and the tenant, Controltec, Inc. in a 2,700 s/f of office space lease at 6257 State Rte. 31 in Cicero.  

Crisalli and Arcuri represented the tenant, Gravante & Gravante PC, leasing 1,100 s/f of office space located at 6493 Ridings Rd. in Syracuse. The landlord, Circlewood Park, LLC, was represented by Ed Rogers of JF Real Estate.
