Manhattan, NY Peter Sabesan, managing principal, and Nicholas Markel, vice president of Cresa have arranged new offices for Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, P.C. at 810 Seventh Ave. The lease term for the 6,000 s/f space is 11 years and includes 12 months of free rent. The firm is relocating from 729 Seventh Ave.

“We were able to negotiate excellent terms for our client, which was a key factor in their decision to relocate,” said Markel. “In addition, we were working with a preeminent landlord and leasing team open to having this highly-esteemed, credit-worthy tenant in their building.”

According to Ballon Stoll partner Vano Haroutunian, “After touring multiple subleases and direct space opportunities, we decided to move forward at 810 Seventh Ave. due to our clients’ familiarity with the neighborhood and the landlord’s ability to cater to our needs. There were a lot of attractive deals in the market, but the building and particular space we selected are top notch.”

Representing the landlord, SL Green Realty Corp. inhouse was Jeremy Bier, vice president, and Barry Zeller, executive managing director, Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. The asking rent was $65 per s/f.
