Covello forms independent advisory company

NEW YORK, ny CEO Jamie Covello LLC, an independent woman-owned real estate advisor launched as a provider of worldwide real estate solutions to help clients achieve more while spending less.

Covello assists companies with mergers and acquisitions, headquarter analysis, and transitions to new occupancies, local to global. Covello has 30 years of relationships in NY, throughout the U.S., and abroad, servicing Fortune 500 companies, midcaps, and local businesses.

“Having worked in the big corporate real estate arena my entire career, I am now an independent advisor, on the client’s side, supporting them and creating real estate strategy and negotiating deals,” Covello said.

Not limited by corporate mandates, Covello said her new firm allows her the freedom to choose the best players for the project at hand.

“The bench changes based on the assignment. I have built 30 years of relationships across the industry that I call on and collaborate with to assemble an all-star team for projects,” Covello said.
