Depew, NY Kevin Coscia of Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. secured a permanent first mortgage to refinance the existing debt on a multi-family property. The property features 70 newly developed residential units equipped with modern finishes, stainless-steel appliances, and granite counter tops. In addition, the property offers excellent access to local amenities as well as the Aurora Expressway providing convenient access to downtown Buffalo and the surrounding areas.
