Coscia of Largo Capital, Inc. secured a permanent first mortgage to refinance a Ramada by Wyndham Hotel
Venice, FL Kevin Coscia of Largo Capital, Inc. secured a permanent first mortgage to refinance the existing debt on a 146-room Ramada by Wyndham Hotel. The five-year, fixed-rate loan will be amortized for 25 years with flexible prepayment.
The property features an outdoor pool, fitness center, 24-hour lobby pantry, ~10,000 s/f of event space, and an on-site restaurant and bar, known as The Wave Grill. The property provides excellent access to Venice Beach, Fox Lea farms, and Oscar Scherer State Park.
