Janet Friedman (owner) created Bed Bug Busters NY in 2008 to address a need for a new service: preparing homes for bed bug treatment. As a veteran Broadway stage manager turned personal organizer, Friedman saw an opportunity to help people with this extraordinary challenge. It became clear that the most important qualities needed in our staff would be compassion, sensitivity, and trustworthiness. Of course we would provide meticulous attention to detail in following the protocols recommended by the city's top pest management professionals.
