Corbin, Ivakhnik, Rand and Lieberman join Eastern Consolidated

According to Eastern Consolidated, Greg Corbin, Anna Ivakhnik, Geoffrey Rand and Lipa Lieberman have joined the firm. Corbin, a former director of sales at Massey Knakal, has joined the firm assuming the title of director. While at Massey Knakal, Corbin specialized in the sale and acquisition of properties located in Queens. At Eastern, he will continue to focus on that borough, but will also advise clients on investment sales throughout the greater metro area.Corbin attended Horace Mann, and Boston University, earning a B.S. degree in broadcasting and film. Ivakhnik joins the firm as an associate specializing in building sales. Prior to joining Eastern, Ivakhnik worked as a mortgage broker at Weichert Realtors Unique Homes-Affiliated Financial. She was responsible for negotiating with the developer of The Beauvallon Project where she acted as the preferred lender for the project. During 2003 and 2004, she won the firm's Top Producer award for generating over $23 million in sales. Ivakhnik is a graduate of the University of Denver with a B.S. degree in Real Estate and attended the John Cabot University in Rome, Italy for a Cherrington Global Scholars Program. Rand joins the firm as an associate specializing in the sale and acquisition of investment properties. Prior to Eastern, Rand worked as associate broker at Two Trees Management, Co., where he became the firm's top sales associate. A graduate of Cornell University, Rand received a B.S. degree with a concentration on Economics and Management. He is currently enrolled at New York University to complete a certificate program for real estate finance and investment. Lieberman joined the firm as an associate specializing in investment sales of all property types. Prior to joining the firm, Lieberman worked as sales director at Cornerstone Property Group, where he sold properties in excess of $60 million during his first three years in real estate. As a graduate of Rabbinical College of America, Lieberman received a B.S. degree in Jewish Studies and studied abroad at the Rabbinical Seminary of Venice in Venice, Italy. He also attended the Central Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch where he was ordained as a rabbi.
