Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. arranged a total of $184.4 million in financing for the following seven properties: * Marriott Courtyard Hotel located on 410 East 92nd St. The property is a 15-story, 226-room hotel. The loan was for $62 million. Richard Horowitz and Jeffrey Bijur of Cooper Horowitz represented the firm. * Red Square Apartments located on 250 East Houston St. The property has 130 units with 23,000 s/f of retail space. The loan was for $25 million. Richard Horowitz and Nicholas Barbato of Cooper-Horowitz represented the firm. * An apartment building located on 111 West 28th St. The loan was for $6.9 million. Richard Horowitz and George Stergiopoulos of Cooper-Horowitz represented the firm. * Retail space on 9212 Frankfort Ave., Philadelphia, Penn. The loan was for $5 million. Jeffrey Horowitz and John Bacsik represented the firm. * A CVS Drug Store located on Merrick Blvd., Saint Albans. The store consists of 9,000 s/f. The loan was for $4.5 million.
