Cooper-Horowitz, Inc. recently arranged financing for the following properties:
5 East 44th St.: A newly constructed 23 story residential condominium building containing 23 residential units and one commercial unit. The loan was in the amount of $18 million. Bruce Marcus represented the firm.
21 Judge St., Brooklyn, (apartments): The loan was in the amount of $3.125 million. Aaron Appel and Mark Waldman represented the firm.
166 West 18th St., commercial space: The loan was in the amount of $8.84 million. Jerry Sobol & David Horowitz represented the firm.
100 Fairchild Ave., 120-130 Fairchild Ave., 25-27 Adams Court in Plainview, N.Y. and 600-660 Cantiague Roch Rd. in Westbury, N.Y.: Four industrial properties containing 94,743 s/f. The loan was for $50 million. Jeffrey Horowitz and Richard Horowitz represented the firm.
