Melville, NY The Clubs at Melville, a Continental Pinewood Development Partners 55 + community, celebrated their grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony before the gazebo and pond.  The Clubs are a 261-unit development on Deshon Dr. for active seniors. Each residence has a private entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an outdoor deck and high-quality, energy star appliances.
