Manhattan, NY The Worldwide leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo at Douglas Elliman arranged the 1,650 s/f lease of retail space for Pharmacy 5th Ave., at 1325 Fifth Ave., on the southeast corner of 112th St., in the Central Park North section of Harlem.
National accountancy chain H&R Block was the previous tenant on this busy corner, with its foot traffic and visibility attractive to Pharmacy 5th Ave., which will be expanding into their third location in New York.

Pharmacy 5th Ave. owns and operates two other locations, Surf Avenue Pharmacy, in Brooklyn, and Austin Street Pharmacy, in Forest Hills.
