Consolo and Aquino receive top honors at Prudential Douglas Elliman ceremony
For the seventh year in a row, multiple award-winners Joseph Aquino, executive vice president, and Faith Hope Consolo, chairman of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Group were among the firm's highest earners.
As Prudential Real Estate Affiliate's Top Retail and Commercial Agent Highest GCI, their team was additionally cited as having the Number One in Commercial GCI in the U.S. The duo also achieved Chairman's Circle, Top of the Rock, and Pinnacle Club Team Awards and Consolo was given the Prudential Legend Award.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.
What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
