Imaging software firm Kitware has renewed leases for 40,000 s/f at 28 and 21 Corporate Park Dr. Kitware specializes in complex visual modeling and imaging, and has become one of the fastest growing software companies in the country.
As tenant representatives for Kitware, Tim Conley (CCIM, SIOR) and Tara Curley of Cresa Albany negotiated rental terms tailored to support the client's business strategy. Landlord Ed Abele represented Abele Builders, Inc.
