Brooklyn, NY The CPEX New York retail and office leasing teams have completed a lease agreement at 163 Remsen St. with New Age Center, a holistic wellness and fitness center. Located in Brooklyn Heights, 163 Remsen St. is a mixed-use building featuring 1,800 s/f of second floor retail space to be occupied by the incoming tenant. New Age Center is taking over the location, which was previously occupied by Physio Logic Chiropractic & Physical Therapy.

CPEX’s retail leasing team, consisting of managing director Ryan Condren, associate director George Danut and associate Keat Chew, represented the landlord. CPEX’s office leasing team, consisting of associate director Rich Novak and associates Rosanna Tapang and Patrick Welch, also assisted in the transaction.

“Located in one of Brooklyn’s most established submarkets in Brooklyn Heights, 163 Remsen St. also boasted proximity to eight different subway lines and a strong retail co-tenancy,” said Condren. “As a result, this was an ideal location for many prospective tenants and we saw a tremendous amount of activity before leasing the space to New Age Center.”
