Condren and Altschul of CPEX named among the 2012 CoStar Power Brokers

According to CPEX, managing directors Ryan Condren and Eric Altschul, from the New York Retail Leasing Team, have been named 2011CoStar Power Brokers by the CoStar Group. The CoStar Power Broker Award recognizes the select few commercial real estate brokers and brokerage firms who performed at the industry's highest level and achieved remarkable sales and leasing success. Under the leadership of Condren and Altschul, the New York Retail Leasing Team has set a new standard in the retail leasing arena in recent times. In the past year, the team completed 15 leases totaling over 100,000 s/f of retail space with an aggregate lease value of over $70 million.
