Concierge Auctions named one of America’s fastest growing companies

NEW YORK, NY New York City-based real estate auction marketplace Concierge Auctions, the preeminent platform for buyers, sellers and real estate agents globally, has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America for the second year in a row. The company gained 2,000 spots since last year, moving from number 3,922 to 1,826. “Being named to the Inc. 5000 list two years in a row is a reflection of our dedicated team and loyal following,” said Concierge Auctions chairman Chad Roffers. “We’re on pace to exceed $1 billion in aggregate sales by the close of this year, and we’re not slowing down. We have a disciplined strategy for continued growth of our platform as the smartest way to purchase and sell the world’s finest properties.” Originally introduced as the Inc. 500 list in 1982 to acknowledge the fastest-growing privately held companies in the United States, the prestigious list evolved into to the Inc. 5000 list in 2007 and has become the hallmark of entrepreneurial success. Household names like Pandora, Zipcar, Zappos.com and many other well-known brands have been honored by the Inc. 5000. The Inc. 5000 list ranks independent, privately-owned American companies by overall revenue growth in a three-year period. To determine this year’s winners, 2011 and 2014 revenues were evaluated. All 5,000 honored companies are individually profiled on Inc.com and will be officially recognized in October during an awards ceremony in Orlando, Florida. Concierge Auctions met all the criteria, including increasing its annual net revenue by 218% between 2011 and 2014, from $4.1 million to $13.0 million. “We’ve recently been praised as if we’re an overnight-success story, but what many don’t realize is that we’re in our eighth year of business,” added Concierge Auctions President Laura Brady. “We’ve achieved consistent growth year-over-year and have had many valuable learnings along the way. We’ve now proven the scalability of our model and are excited for exponential impact in the coming years.” In addition to growing its staff over 40 full-time employees and being recognized by the National Auctioneers Association and USA Today as “Best in Show” for Advertising and Public Relations this year, Concierge Auctions also delivered a 90% sell through rate in the first half of 2015 while producing numerous auction sales over $10 million – a price category the firm pioneered and continues to dominate.
