Brooklyn, NY Matrix Technology Group (MTG), a leading provider of technology infrastructure consulting, design, and integration, has been retained by multinational real estate brokerage Compass for a fast-track project at its new 3,100 s/f Brooklyn Heights sales office, at 124 Montague St. The project, which represents MTG’s 161 Compass assignment in two years, entails the design, integration, installation, and maintenance of low voltage, audio-visual and electronic security systems.
The protocols for the Brooklyn Heights location are consistent with other projects MTG has completed for Compass, encompassing installations in brokerage and back-office units throughout the U.S. In addition to physical cabling, system integration, and programming, MTG’s contract includes 24/7 maintenance service.

To mitigate supply chain issues that could result in possible project delays, MTG previously stocked up on a variety of materials, many pertinent to Compass’s specific installations. In addition, MTG initiated a program last year training inhouse technicians in more than one trade to ensure flexible teams would always be accessible to this client and others.
