Cohen of Ashlind Properties wins award from LIBN

Richard Cohen, founder and president of Hauppauge-based Ashlind Properties, has been selected by Long Island Business News (LIBN) for the publication's 2010 Top Commercial Real Estate-Industrial Broker Award. The award is Cohen's second LIBN award in three years. The LIBN awards recognize the significant contributions of real estate professionals, such as Cohen, to the region's economy and the community at large. Awardees were selected by the editorial staff of Long Island Business News based on interviews and researched information reflecting professional accomplishments during 2009. "I thank Long Island Business News for recognizing my accomplishments last year," said Cohen.
