Cohen of Ashlind Properties negotiates 30,000 s/f
Ronkonkoma, NY According to Ashlind Properties, S.W. Anderson Sales has signed a long term lease with Island Architectural Woodworking for 30,000 s/f at 50 Haynes Ct.
Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties, represented both the landlord and tenant.
This transaction marks S.W. Anderson’s fourth deal with Ashlind Properties.
