Display Presentations, with 45 employees, currently operates at 175 Kennedy Dr., which was sold last year. Art Guild is based in W. Deptford, N.J. Cohen, who last year completed transactions totaling more than 1.5 million s/f, represented both Art Guild and NY Tent in arranging the lease.
