Cohen of Ashlind Properties brokers $2.4 million sale of 23,000 s/f facility; Frizalone and Gallipoli of Cushman & Wakefield rep seller

Islandia, NY Richard Cohen, president of Ashlind Properties, an industrial/commercial Realtor, represented M & M Awning and Sign a few years ago in the purchase of 180 Oval Dr. M & M Awning and Sign was in the market again due to the growth of their business. 

Cohen was able to complete a sale transaction for the building next door at 190-200 Oval Dr. This facility is 23,000 s/f and was purchased for $2.4 million. The seller was represented by Frank Frizalone and Nicholas Gallipoli of Cushman & Wakefield.

Ashlind Properties, established in 1990 and headquartered in Hauppauge, is an independent, full-service commercial real estate firm that provides specialized industrial real estate brokerage.
