Cohen Brothers leases 109,409 s/f at four of its midtown office buildings

According to owner Charles Cohen, president and CEO of Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., 109,409 s/f of new leases have been signed at four of his midtown office buildings. At 623 Fifth Ave., Jesup & Lamont Securities has leased the entire 14,486 s/f 17th floor through Silvio Petrillo and Brad Needleman of CB Richard Ellis while MTS Health Partners, LP, leased the identical-sized 14th floor through Norman Bobrow of Bobrow & Company. At the same property, Doral Financial Corp. leased a 4,961 s/f portion of the 16th floor through John Picco of Cushman & Wakefield. In other new direct leases, PPM America, Inc. took a 7,175 s/f portion of the 10th floor with the help of Andy Davidson and Gere Ricker of MB Real Estate, highlighting a series of five separate transactions involving 19,000 s/f of leasing activity at 750 Lexington Ave. At 3 Park Ave., Accor Business and Leisure North America took 8,770 s/f on the 37th floor through Sean Black of Jones Lang LaSalle and the Tennis Channel leased a 5,261 s/f portion of the 25th floor through Scott Gottlieb and Rocco Laginestra from CB Richard Ellis. In the same building, ICBC Broadcast Holdings, Inc., represented by Patrick Gardner of Colliers, renewed its lease for 35,530 s/f comprising the entire 41st floor and part of 40. At 805 Third Ave., Global Leverage Capital Management, LLC leased 8,450 s/f on the 20th floor with the help of Michael Joseph of First Service Williams while Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (U.S.) Inc., represented by Jeff Lovell of Cushman & Wakefield, leased a 5,776 s/f portion of the 15th floor.
