Cohen and Rosner of NKF arrange 12,000 s/f on behalf of Skyline Dev.

According to Skyline Developers president Orin Wilf, the firm has completed the signing of a 15-year lease for the entire 12,000 s/f 10th floor of 1040 Avenue of the Americas to Northeast Power Coordinating Council. As exclusive leasing agent, Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) executive vice president William Cohen arranged the transactions on behalf of Skyline Developers. Northeast Power Coordinating Council was represented by Barry Rosner, senior managing director at NKF. 1040 Avenue of the Americas, a 24-story, 256,000 s/f office building in the Midtown area, situated on the Northeast corner of 39th St. and Avenue of the Americas. NKF is the leasing agent for 1040 Avenue of the Americas.
