Cleeman Realty Group arranges the $7 million off-market sale in Crestview, FL

Crestview, FL Cleeman Realty Group has closed the $7 million sale of Northcrest Shopping Center, a 55,152 s/f, Publix-anchored property.

Michael Cleeman of Cleeman Realty Group represented the seller in the transaction. This is Cleeman’s seventh grocery anchored property in Florida that he has transacted on this year.

Built in 2017, the property is anchored with Publix on a long term lease. Located at 1355 N Ferdon Blvd., the property offers a high visibility corner location and over 25,000 vehicles per day passing in front of the center.

“Grocery anchored centers in Florida are in high demand from investors, especially with Class A tenants on long term leases” said Cleeman.
