Cohen Real Estate (CRE) has arranged joint venture equity capital for the acquisition of Prado at Spring Creek Shopping Center, a 152,072 s/f shopping center. The project is owned by a newly formed joint venture between PMAT Acquistion LLC, based in Louisiana and Isram Realty Group in Florida.
