Cignature hires Rahimzada

New York, NY Cignature Realty Associates has hired Michael Rahimzada to join their team as a sales broker focusing on multifamily investment sales.

Rahimzada received a bachelor’s degree in management, with a minor in accounting from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business. Rahimzada has a NYS real estate sales license and is proficient in Hebrew and conversational Persian.

While attending college, Rahimzada gained valuable business and real estate experience working for Cyweb Holdings Inc. and E Squared Capital Management, LLC.

At Cyweb Holdings, he worked as a marketing analyst for the Great Neck-based marketing and advertising firm, where he helped build a home-buying website. In addition, Rahimzada worked as a junior analyst at E Squared Capital Management, LLC., a New York-based investment firm, where he evaluated private and public companies.
