CIBS prepares 2009 Largest Commercial R.E. Brokerage Firms' list

CIBS is preparing this year's 2009 Largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firms' List. This list is to show the number of active licensed commercial real estate brokers/salespersons in each company working on Long Island who spend a minimum of 51% of their time in the Long Island Commercial Real Estate Business and additionally whose commission income is a minimum of 51% of their transaction income. Your information will be reviewed by a committee of active commercial real estate brokers to ensure accuracy.
