Choyce Peterson represents Martin Rosner Eleftherion in headquarters lease renewal at 2975 Westchester Ave.

Purchase, NY Choyce Peterson, Inc. completed lease negotiations on behalf of Martin Rosner Eleftherion, Inc. (MRE Insurance) an independent insurance agency, to renew its 2,554 s/f headquarters lease at 2975 Westchester Ave.

Choyce Peterson principal John Hannigan represented MRE Insurance. The landlord, Schur Management Company, Ltd., was represented by Robert Taylor, associate broker at RM Friedland.

Hannigan had previously represented MRE Insurance in its move to 2975 Westchester Ave. in 2007 in addition to working with them on multiple lease renewals and several amendments in subsequent years. John Martin, CEO of MRE Insurance, once again reached out to Hannigan as his lease was coming due. After reviewing comparable buildings in the area, Martin directed Hannigan to negotiate favorable terms for the renewal of MRE Insurance’s current office lease. Hannigan began negotiations with the landlord, prioritizing flexible option periods and a competitive rental rate for the full lease term.

The MRE Insurance team appreciates the ideal location of this building with its proximity to I-287 (1/4 mile from Exit 10), offering easy access to both Westchester and Fairfield Counties. With its park-like setting, this classic glass and steel office building offers its tenants abundant surface parking, an on-site cafeteria, and on-site building management.
