CetraRuddy selected as designer of Rockpoint’s 18-story office development

Manhattan, NY The architecture and interiors firm CetraRuddy is the designer of a new office building at 414 West 15th St., in the city’s Meatpacking district.

The developer, Boston-based Rockpoint Group, selected CetraRuddy to design the 18-story, 130,000 s/f building, along with the renovations of existing connecting structures adding 85,000 s/f of additional office and boutique retail space.

New office space is a welcome addition to this neighborhood of hotels, high-end retail and restaurants, and access to the High Line elevated promenade.
