Rochester, NY CCIM and the Rochester Area Chapter of NYSCAR will be providing two courses this fall.
The classes are vital for anyone wishing to become a CCIM, or for people who are newer to the industry. New staff members, marketing specialists, and agents interested in knowing more about commercial real estate are a few groups that would benefit from taking this course.
The classes will be offered October 28th, 29th and a one-day class on the 30th. CCIM and NYSCAR are also planning a half-day marketing session on Oct. 31st.
