The first planned event will be on March 26 in Manhattan. The morning session will teach Advanced excel Techniques for application in commercial real estate.
The afternoon of March 26 will be a portfolio review session. Candidates for the CCIM designation need to present a portfolio of transactions showing how they have employed CCIM skills. That session is open to all candidates, students or aspirational commercial real estate practitioners.
Subsequent events for the year will includes sessions on changing economic dynamics, adapting new technologies, investment analysis software and negotiation techniques.
