CBRE|Syracuse handles $675,000 sale; lease deals totaling 109,679 s/f

Syracuse, NY According to Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE|Syracuse, the firm has closed the following recent commercial real estate transactions:

Peter Finn and Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, represented the landlord, National Industrial Portfolio, in the lease renewal and expansion of the Lowe’s warehouse space to 105,500 s/f at MetroWest Industrial Center, 1200 State Fair Blvd. COR Brokerage Inc., as well as The Dartmouth Co., of Boston, MA, represented Lowe’s.

Brian Tennant and Larry Van Der Bogart, of CBRE|Syracuse, with Jamee Jester of CBRE|Global Corporate Services, Bannockburn, IL, represented W.W. Grainger Inc. in the $675,000 sale of 9446 River Rd., Marcy. Ray Majka purchased the 15,382 s/f industrial facility for his company, Fer Shooting Sports Inc. W.W. Grainger Inc., a supplier of maintenance, repair and operating products, closed this location and consolidated distribution to its East Syracuse location.

Ed Kiesa, CCIM, represented the tenant, Remedy Staffing in its site search and lease negotiation of 2,087 s/f of office space at 2949 Erie Blvd. East. This is a new location in the market for Remedy Staffing, an employment and staffing services company. Pyramid Brokerage Company represented the landlord, Canalwood Commons.

Ed Kiesa, CCIM, brokered the lease of 2,042 s/f of office space at Marsellus Commons, 101 Richmond Ave., the site of the former Marsellus Casket Co. The tenant is Syracuse Otolaryngology, PLLC, a medical practice focused on treating nasal and sinus conditions. Syracuse Otolaryngology will relocate their offices from Erie Blvd. East. CBD Brokerage, LLC, represented the tenant.
