CBRE | Syracuse leases 6,900 s/f and completes $150,000 sale

Syracuse, NY Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE | Syracuse, revealed the following commercial real estate leases totaling 6,900 s/f and a $150,000 sale: • Rick Searles and Ed Kiesa, CCIM, represented the tenant, Jim’s Formal Wear in the lease of 2,800 s/f of space at 31 Adams Ave., Endicott. The tuxedo and suit rental company relocated to the multi-tenanted office building to combine local offices with its fleet facility. • Kiesa was the exclusive listing agent in the sale of 2.25 acres of industrial zoned land at 7052 Interstate Island Rd,. Syracuse, which was the last undeveloped parcel in Interstate Island Park. McConnell Concrete, whose work includes residential and commercial sidewalks, driveways and stampcrete, purchased the property to build an office and shop facility with storage yard. Domenic Mazza represented the buyer. • Kiesa brokered the lease of 1,500 s/f of space at Plaza 202, 21290 County Rte. 202, Watertown. The space will serve as a new office for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Kiesa has additional space available in the plaza, which is on the corner of Arsenal Street and at the entrance to Walmart and Sam’s Club. • Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, represented the landlord, Branek Inc., in the lease of 1,400 s/f of flex space at 7851 Maltlage Dr., Liverpool. The tenant, Emergency Vehicle Solutions, outfits police, fire and rescue vehicles. • Rupprecht represented the tenant, C&S Wholesale Grocers, and Donald French, was the exclusive listing agent, in the lease renewal of 1,200 s/f of office space at 159 Dwight Park Circle, Syracuse. French has several other suites available for lease in the building, as well as offering the entire building for sale.
