CBRE's Siegel, Bergey, and Bodner rep Jed Root in 10-year 11k s/f lease

CBRE Group, Inc. (CBRE) has completed a 10-year, 11,000 s/f lease of the partial 9th floor at 333 Seventh Ave. on behalf of Jed Root, Inc. Jed Root will relocate from 61 Walker St. CBRE's Stuart Siegel, Matthew Bergey and Daniel Bodner negotiated on behalf of Jed Root. The landlord, Samco Properties, was represented internally. The asking rent was $40 per s/f. "Jed Root was attracted to the space by the low price and the opportunity to be in a cool neighborhood," said Bergey. The 21-story, 200,000 s/f building, known as The Fur Trade Building, is located between 28th and 29th Sts.
