According to CB Richard Ellis, Philip Russo, a New York City communications veteran with nearly two decades of experience, has joined the firm's Corporate Communications department as senior director of Communications.
Russo, who has designed and implemented strategic communications programs in both the public and private sectors, will be responsible for maintaining CBRE's high profile in the New York City marketplace through increased public and media relations efforts. He will be particularly focused on expanded collaboration with the company's Research Department to produce enhanced external communications.
Russo comes to CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was senior managing director of media & corporate affairs.
Russo is based at CBRE's New York City headquarters at 200 Park Ave. He is a graduate of Fordham University.
