CBRE arranges 17,708 s/f lease at The Paxton

Brooklyn, NY The NYC Department of Health and Hygiene has inked a 17,708 s/f office lease at The Paxton, a newly developed office property located at 532 Fulton St. The New York City agency will relocate its offices from 16 Court St. to the entire fifth floor of The Paxton.

The CBRE team led by Brad Gerla and assisted by Jon Cope and David Katz leads the leasing campaign at the property and represented the ownership, Jenel Management Corp. Ellen Israel of JRT Realty Group and Bob Giglio of Cushman & Wakefield acted on behalf of the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. The average asking rent at the property is $55 per s/f.
