CBL leases 10,000 s/f to ULTA at The Terrace

According to CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., beauty retailer, ULTA, will open spring 2010 at The Terrace, a 156,000 s/f associated center located within the Hamilton Place shopping complex. The ULTA store will be one of the first retailers of its kind in the area and will locate next to the new DSW Shoes store at The Terrace. Construction on the new 10,000 s/f cosmetics store will begin soon. "ULTA will offer Chattanooga shoppers a premium selection of products and services. Based on the number of requests and calls we have received, this new ULTA store will receive an outstanding reception." "As the primary retail destination, Hamilton Place is the perfect location for ULTA."The Hamilton Place shopping complex features the prominent 1.1 million s/f regional mall, Hamilton Place, several associated, community and power centers, and an abundance of restaurants. Recent additions to the Hamilton Place shopping complex include DSW, Southern Lighting, Barnes & Noble, Red Robin, and ALDO. Tommy Hilfiger, Charming Charlie accessory and jewelry store and Mac Authority, the Southeast's leading Apple specialist, will open in Hamilton Place mall this winter. Additionally, Earth Fare gourmet grocer is currently under construction at Gunbarrel Pointe with a grand opening scheduled for January 2010. Hamilton Corner, a lifestyle center located immediately adjacent to the mall, features upscale retailers and restaurants including LOFT, Coldwater Creek, Chico's, Foil Salon, Bonefish Grill, Jason's Deli and Learning Express coming soon.
