CBL leases 10,000 s/f to ULTA at The Terrace

According to CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., beauty retailer, ULTA, will open spring 2010 at The Terrace, a 156,000 s/f associated center located within the Hamilton Place shopping complex. The ULTA store will be one of the first retailers of its kind in the area and will locate next to the new DSW Shoes store at The Terrace. Construction on the new 10,000 s/f cosmetics store will begin soon. Recent additions to the Hamilton Place shopping complex include DSW, Southern Lighting, Barnes & Noble, Red Robin, and ALDO. Tommy Hilfiger, Charming Charlie accessory and jewelry store and Mac Authority, the Southeast's leading Apple specialist, will open in Hamilton Place mall this winter. Additionally, Earth Fare gourmet grocer is currently under construction at Gunbarrel Pointe with a grand opening scheduled for January 2010.
