CB Richard Ellis exclusive leasing agent for Panda Express

Chinese food lovers in Long Island will soon be able to enjoy delicacies from Panda Express. The fastest growing Chinese restaurant chain in North America has hired CB Richard Ellis in Long Island as its exclusive leasing agent to create and execute an introduction/expansion program for the company in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. CBRE Long Island retail expert, Jayson Siano will spearhead the company's expansion in Long Island, which could encompass as many as 30 restaurants in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Panda Express is looking for high-profile locations with approximately 2,200 to 3,000 s/f of prime endcap or freestanding space. "We believe Panda Express will be extremely successful in the Long Island market, bringing its patented high-standards and consistency to Chinese cuisine in an area known for mostly independent owned and operated Chinese restaurants," said Siano. "We plan to apply our expertise and market knowledge to assist them in a very targeted and strategic expansion in the area."
