Arldon Realty completes $1.15 million sale and 2,000 s/f lease

Sheldon Leibowitz of Arldon Realty, LLC, represented the buyer, True Value Hardware in a sale of a 12,000s/f building, 6,000 s/f per floor. Dan Brown of TRS Associates represented the seller, North Shore LIJ Health Systems. The sale price was $1.15 million. The building is located at 94 West Main St. The new owner is planning a $1 million alteration to the building, to include a new elevator. The second floor will be offered for lease by Arldon Realty. In another transaction Arldon Realty completed a 2,000 s/f lease located at 32 West Main St. The lease will be for five years at $24 s/f. The tenant, Sweet Caroline's Organic Market was represented by Maxine Britt of Faith Realty. The new shop will be leased by Caroline Cosgrove. Leibowitz, represented the owner, Joe E.Leasing.
