CB Richard Ellis | Buffalo wins four awards at NYSCAR dinner

CB Richard Ellis|Buffalo (CBRE|Buffalo) received four awards at the 10th Annual Western New York Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) Awards Dinner held February 10. Jeffrey LiPuma, managing partner of CBRE|Buffalo, won the award for the largest sales transaction for the sale of Youngman Plaza in Tonawanda, New York. Located at 746-900 Young St., the retail plaza encompasses 318,166 s/f and sold for $17.325 million. In addition, Stephen Blake received the award for the largest sales transaction in terms of square footage for his role in the sale of 701 Seneca St., a 1.25 million s/f mixed-use building. Currently undergoing extensive renovations, 701 Seneca St. has been rebranded as Larkin Center of Commerce. Blake was awarded 1st runner up for largest lease transactions for the representation of Cardinal Health in their 150,026 s/f lease at 3356 Walden Ave. in Depew, and for representing Erie Logistics, LLC to secure 100,000 s/f at 100 Allied Dr. in Cheektowaga.
