Casale of Largo finances $12 million for two hotels

Zach Casale, account executive for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged construction to permanent financing totaling $12 million for two flagged hotels. Both loans featured 12 months interest only during construction converting to fixed rate loans with 20-year amortization. The first property, a 110-room Wingate by Wyndham Hotel, is situated at the corner of Rainbow Blvd. and Fourth St. The 65,000 s/f hotel will feature 4,000 s/f of retail space. The second property, a 78-room Hampton Inn, opened in 2014 and is located off of the 190 on Niagara Falls Blvd. with access to the Niagara Falls Airport.
