Carrow Real Estate Services has completed three leases totaling 138,406 s/f at 99 Washington Ave. The transactions include: * A 136,301 s/f lease to the NYS Dept. of Higher Education Service. Charles Carrow and Stephen Rosenblatt of Carrow brokered the lease. * A 1,299 s/f lease to the National Federation of Indepdent Business. Rosenblatt brokered the lease. * An 806 s/f lease to Empire State Pride Agenda brokered the lease. The property consists of 746,052 s/f. The building's landlord is 99 Washington LLC and One Commerce Plaza LLC as tenants in common.
