Capital Care Medical Group relocates practice

Capital Care Medical Group, has secured a lease for a new location at 2125 River Rd. for its family practice currently located in the Cushing Center at 624 McLellan St. Cresa Albany was the tenant representative for Capital Care Medical Group. Cresa Albany staff involved included Leah Capobianco and Tim Conley (CCIM, SIOR). Richard Ferro with Prudential Blake-Atlantic of Albany represented the landlord, 2125 River Road Realty LLC.
