Cape Advisors and Studio EKB unveil renderings for Turtle Bay condos

Manhattan, NY The Perrie, a modern condominium building developed by Cape Advisors and located in the Turtle Bay neighborhood has launched its first glimpse inside the project’s one-bedroom residences that promise a high quality of life without compromise in Midtown.

The Perrie will feature 95 one-bedroom residences and five penthouse residences with soaring ceilings and private rooftop terraces. The interiors, designed by Erin Bartling of Studio EKB, take inspiration from the historic shared gardens of the surrounding neighborhood, as each space is intended to live in harmony with the building’s gardens and existing architecture.

Additional features include amenities that balance luxury and practicality for modern professionals including an attended lobby with 24-hour doorman, separate entry and courtyard gardens, fitness center, co-working suite, and residents’ lounge. Sales are slated to launch this fall.
