Cammeby’s successful Q3 office portfolio leases and renewals

Manhattan, NY Cammeby’s completed 19 new lease signings and renewals totaling 89,560 s/f across its Lower Manhattan office portfolio during Q3 2026.

The quarter’s leasing activity, highlighted by Allied Global Marketing’s full-floor 28,098 s/f renewal at the Woolworth Building, included six new leases and 13 renewals across the firm’s five high-rise office properties. The range of tenants comes from financial services, technology, medical, legal and more and reflects the continued demand for transit-oriented office space in New York City.

“Third-quarter leasing activity demonstrated that companies are continuing to make thoughtful, strategic decisions about their office space in New York City. We’re seeing strong demand from tenants looking for well-located, high-quality spaces that can accommodate their businesses today while giving them flexibility for tomorrow,” said Avi Schron, principal of Cammeby’s. “We remain focused on making the leasing process as seamless as possible. The response from the market has reinforced our confidence in the long-term strength of NYC’s office sector and the significant momentum we continue to see in Lower Manhattan.”

Additional Q3 signed transactions within the Cammeby’s office portfolio included:

• Fishkin Lucks – A 10-year, 7,230 s/f lease at the Woolworth Building

• United Neighborhood Houses of New York – A 10-year, 6,110 s/f lease at 45 Broadway

• Robert A. Cardali & Associates – A 10-year, 5,450 s/f lease at 39 Broadway

• The Platta Law Firm – A one-year, 4,989 s/f renewal at 42 Broadway

• Grand Central Station Chiropractic – A six-year, 4,325 s/f lease, also at 39 Broadway

• Paul B. Weitz & Associates – A new three-year, 3,145 s/f lease at 39 Broadway

• Kingsbrook Brokerage – A three-year, 2,000 s/f renewal at 32 Broadway

Year-to-date, Cammeby’s has executed 44 transactions totaling 166,135 s/f in 2026.
