Camhi of RFR completes 10,827 s/f lease at 375 Park Avenue

New York, NY RFR Realty LLC has complete a lease for Sound Point Capital Management LP at 375 Park Ave. The investment advisory firm took 10,827 s/f of space at the building, contributing to over 16,000 s/f of recent leasing there and over 140,000 s/f of leasing in the building in the last 12 months. “375 Park continues to be the building most aspired to by cutting edge financial tenants,” said AJ Camhi, senior vice president and director of leasing at RFR. Camhi and a leasing team led by Matthew Astrachan and Jonathan Fanuzzi from JLL represented the landlord in the lease. Sound Point Capital Management LP, originally a subtenant, grew their footprint in the building by nearly 40% and has committed to the building on a long term basis. Sound Point is an asset management firm founded in 2008 by Stephen Ketchum with approximately $7.5 billion in assets. Clients include institutions, pensions, foundations, insurance companies, wealth management firms, family offices and high net worth individuals. Sound Point was represented by Cynthia Foster, David Glassman, Dylan Mattes and Robert Thuss from Colliers International. Additional recent leasing at the building has included: • Capital Royalty LP took 2,082 s/f, represented by Gregory Herman of Cushman & Wakefield. • ARF Management Services LLC, represented by Jeff Karp of RP Miller Group, took 1,638 s/f. • Crestline Research signed a lease extension for 2,084 square feet. RFR has recently released a new high end prebuilt program, offering suites ranging from 1,600 to 5,500 s/f.
