CAMCO Commercial Real Estate completes
two industrial leases

91-1 Colin Drive - Holbrook, NY

Holbrook, NY CAMCO Commercial Real Estate LLC brokered leases for 91-1 and 91-4 Colin Dr.

In February 2024, 496 Express Foods, Inc., a wholesaler of fresh fruits and vegetables to restaurants and grocers across Long Island, signed a long-term lease for 91-4 Colin Dr., a 17,022 s/f warehouse at Sherwood Corporate Center. This warehouse space with loading also has a large internal cold storage area. The tenant was procured by CAMCO Commercial Real Estate who exclusively represents the landlord.

In April 2024, I. Janvey and Sons, Inc., a supplier of janitorial supplies and equipment, signed a long-term lease for 91-1 Colin Dr., a 21,450 s/f warehouse/R&D space at Sherwood Corporate Center. The landlord was exclusively represented by CAMCO Commercial Real Estate, and the tenant was represented by Premier Commercial Real Estate.

Sherwood Corporate Center is a multi-building class A industrial campus with nearly 300,000 s/f of high-tech and light manufacturing space. The campus lies at the northwest corner of Sunrise Highway and Nicolls Rd., minutes south of the Long Island Expwy.
