Argo U - “The Current State of the Insurance Market”
Argo Real Estate is hosting its Argo U seminar series, comprising monthly educational programs geared to cooperative and condominium board members, shareholders, and owners. February’s topic, “The Current State of the Insurance Market,” is being presented virtually on Zoom, Wednesday, February 15th starting at 6 PM.
“Our panel will provide useful information on the best options for protecting co-ops and condos in a time of greatly escalating insurance costs,” said Gustavo Rusconi, vice president, director of Management, Argo Real Estate. “Whether it concerns general liability, umbrella, directors & officers, or other types of coverage, premium costs may be higher than ever, but the risks of being underinsured are even more devastating!”
In addition to Rusconi, the panel of experts will include Jonathan Friedman, from Sterling Risk; Pat Antonacci, from The Stockbridge Group; and Wendy Moskowitz, General Counsel, Argo Real Estate.
Among the topics being covered are:
- What is driving up premiums?
- Identifying the risks of being underinsured.
- The importance of not having Labor Law and other unacceptable exclusions.
